Nanchil Technologies Private Ltd. has identified the vision based quality inspection and process control as an emerging area in automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics, and consumer goods industries. NTPL has setup a state of the art laboratory and undertake research in machine vision applications. In the short span of one year NTPL has provided consultancy to more than 30 automotive / Pharma / electronic industries and installed MV application in a number of companies.

Vision Builders
Nanchil Technologies provides comprehensive machine vision solutions based on the product requirements. A study is undertaken in the factory premises to understand the manufacturing process and the location for machine vision applications are identified. After due deliberations with the production and quality head, locations for machine vision solution is identified. Once location and parameters are identified, NTPL sets up the vision system, takes the images and develops proof of concept. The solution is fine tuned with the company officials. Once, the solution is accepted, the same is implemented. Provision can also be made to integrate with existing SAP or remotely monitor the performance and provide correction. In case the system requires any automation, the same will also be provided by the NTPL. In addition, NTPL works along side the system integrators, special purpose machine builders in providing consultancy and MV solution support for the clients.
