M/s. Nanchil Infrastructure Private Limited is primarily involved in Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil construction activities.

The Company has been involved in
a) Construction of buildings, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical / Infrastructure activities
b) Mini Hydro electric stations and Wind Power units
c) Industrial Infrastructure / Special Economic Zone (SEZ)
d) Property Development .

The company is executing presently a project of creating an integrated residential cum industrial complex spanning about hundred acres.

This project involves starting from agricultural land, surveying, filling, leveling, creation of roads, water drainages, effluent treatment facilities, providing power connectivity and other utilities – underground and over ground, and other utilities like providing drinking water etc.

The company in a joint venture is developing a property to build a life space complex of about 1.5 lac sq.ft. in Madras downtown.

The company has been successfully executing about 2 lac sq.ft. of buildings in a year and are presently focusing and working on “GREEN BUILDINGS”.
